Business of Wedding Floristry Course
If you’re looking for a course that gives invaluable information on essential business practice, focused on the wedding & event industry, and led by a leading floral artist, this is without doubt the course for you. Led by School Director, Joseph Massie this half-a-day class provides a basic understanding of how to estimate and cost key products including a bridal bouquet, a table centre, a large urn arrangement and a garland or archway.
Joseph will share essential information with newcomers to the industry on knowing how to cost, where to pitch your pricing and how to work out how many ingredients, taking the stress away from these daunting tasks.
Joseph will also share his personal procedures used daily in his wedding and event studio, Joseph Massie Flowers, from the moment a bride gets in touch with him, through to final delivery of the wedding or event on the day. You’ll look at three real life bridal and event proposals, and assess the content, how they’re costed, and estimate the potential profit margins.
Attendees will be added to our private online alumni forum where they’ll be able to share experiences and ask questions on everything flower or business related, which will be answered by Joseph and other School tutors.
